Specialising in integrated branding, Nidhi strives to bring progressive, human-centred thinking to brands creatively with a lasting impact. Over the last 14 years, she has worked in Design, Advertising, and Television, creating strategy, stories, systems, experiences, and brands, across a broad range of industries. As Director, Brand & Design at Elephant Design, India’s pioneering independent multidisciplinary design consultancy, she mentors & motivates one of the most talented design teams in the country. Nidhi works with entrepreneurs and business leaders to solve complex business and consumer challenges by co-creating brand-led transformations. A graduate from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, USA, and an evangelist of design for business impact, Nidhi has led courses and workshops for Srishti Institute, MIT, WeSchool, India Design Mark, and NASSCOM. She was a speaker at Bangalore Design Week 2018, a panelist for the Nasscom Design Summit 2019, and WeSchool’s MBA programme Student Selection for 2021-22. Nidhi was also a jury member for the Fox Glove Awards 2021 and Nasscom Design Awards 2019. Her work has been recognized in the CII Design Annual and the Lexus Design Awards.
