Jelani Isaacs has been working in the world of advertising, marketing, and production for over 25 years. With more than 2000 commercials, 10 feature films and more than 30 short films and music videos in his backpack,Jelani is both advertising agency director and one of Europe’s top service producers. In the last few years, he and his company NEW AMSTERDAM FILM COMPANY have serviced & produced the Bollywood hits QUEEN and JAB HARRY MET SEJAL, Bart Layton’s AMERICAN ANIMALS and 2 episodes of the Disney series ATLANTA, alongside their own productions; THE EAST by Jim Taihuttu and CATACOMBE by Victor Ponten, and spearheading campaigns for the likes of HEINEKEN, ING, KLM, VAN GOGH MUSEUM, ADIDAS and ZWIFT. Jelani also likes to share his knowledge and does this through teaching at various education and training courses at, among others, PlusPlusOne and the Willem de Kooning Academy. Always with an eye on developing new trajectories and possibilities for society-related problems in communication and media.
