Hailing from London and her native Helsinki, Marjo is leading design teams across Australian studios of Fjord, a Service Design and Strategy agency that’s part of the global consultancy Accenture Interactive. A self-titled generalist, Marjo’s lead a wide range of projects for companies in almost every vertical, from re-designing experiences for brands and services covering Immigration, Policing, Fintech, Fashion and Healthcare. Marjo cares about ideas, conversation, and brutal honesty. Her belief is that a good brand does nothing without its equal service, and vice versa.
