Kerstin Arndt has been working as Head of Film & Art Buying at KNSK since 2021, where she is responsible for all creative productions related to moving and still image production. Previously, she worked for 10 years as a freelance producer, editor and director for various creative agencies, film production companies, post houses and directly for brands on countless creative content. Kerstin loves every facet of the moving image. From an early age, her career aspiration was "something to do with film" and so she worked in film production while still at school, went on to work for a filmproduction company as a producer before joining an advertising agency. She even is in a relationship with her passion, a German advertising film director, with whom she also has a daughter. In addition to her daily work, she sometimes still takes the editing in her own hands to create a film and, if there is still time, no Netflix series is safe from her. To recharge her batteries she grabs her family and drives up to the North Sea, where she watches the waves for hours on end. And you can definitely find one or two recordings of this view in her camera feed.
