Rachel is a Senior Design Director and Studio Lead for the Food and Beverage practice at IDEO, a global design company known for its human-centered, interdisciplinary approach. With over 20 years of design experience spanning architecture and hospitality, service and experience design, food product and packaging, brand strategy, and more, she now leads a team of food-lovers who focus on driving change in the food system for greater impact.
