Szymon was born in Poland, hence his weird name. He started his career at legendary German agency Springer&Jacoby in 2004. In the same year he was named Young Creative of the Year by the ADC. In 2005 he was moving across town to Jung von Matt in Hamburg where he was winning his first few Cannes lions and a Yellow Pencil at D&AD. BBH London was calling in 2008, where he developed numerous multi-award winning campaigns for clients like Axe or Johnnie Walker. He became Partner and Member of the Board in 2012. In 2014 he moved to Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam where he led the global Facebook, Samsung and European AirBnB account amongst others. Since 2022 he is back at Jung von Matt as Partner and Chief Creative Officer. In his career he won every major industry award including lions, pencils and arrows. And he’s really into cooking, movies, football and Porsches - although he never owned one.
