This was a music video for a single titled "Running" by an Afro-Latina artist that goes by Nicotine. Nicotine's song "Running" paints a vivid portrait of her past and presents the internal struggles associated with departing from home. Her longing and perseverance clash, creating a lucid dream in which her emotions are vividly externalized. The video was shot in Texas, Nicotine's home state and features locations that are representative of the environments where she grew up.
