Branded content film for Spotify celebrating Meek Mill and the release of his album, "Championships." Meek Mill's life, art, and activism is prolific in American culture. It was an honor to be chosen to tell his story at this pivotal moment in his life. He had been through so much and I wanted to show that journey of where he came from, what he went through, and the success he is now experiencing.
Director. Spotify needed a branded doc around the live event they were throwing for the "Championships" release. In my pitch I added everything that wasn't the event, from the jewelry store to the bike life and archival. This was an opportunity to tell Meek's story and I wanted to rise to the occasion.
