Design of a visual identity for the brand VASINA - a project of a stylist and costume designer Vasina Mackowiak. The logotype comes in two versions: the basic one identifies the ready-to-wear collection. For individual clients expecting custom design projects I designed an encrypted, geometric version of the logotype - it's a logotype for insiders. It was translated into a custom pattern design which varies in colors depending on a season and collection. Additionally, I designed a signet of a feminine hand that is a graphic representation of a slogan used by the designer: V like Vasina. All the identity elements were taken by Vasina and used as a tool to play in her designs. The logotype holds on when printed (intentionally) upside down on a graphic sweatshirt; or if sewn from fabric and stuffed and used as a sign at her brand new boutique's store front.
