The main goal was to best illustrate the main character in Moses, Man of the Mountain. This story is almost universal, one of a leader of an oppressed community. Apart from a religious story, it is a story about resistance, about politics and social equality. The illustration remained quite simple, the story of Moses being largely known, and focuses on giving an image of a strong, black character, with behind him a golden mountain, made of so many pieces which could also be interpreted as the people who followed him, whom he liberated. It is both heavy in context, while keeping a mysterious, spiritual mood.
