Vincent René-Lortie is a Montréal-based film director. His work navigates between poetic, dreamlike and surrealistic narratives across multiple genres like animation, science fiction and dance. Recently, Vincent has created two purposeful short films, Invincible, which is now in distribution, and the experimental film La Peau de L'Autre, which begins production in 2022. He is also developing his first feature film, You Were Always An Island.
