Locksin has 11 years of working experience in the advertising industry. She worked for agencies in Malaysia, Shanghai and Beijing, including BBDO Interone, Ogilvy One, W+K and currently working in Serviceplan Beijing as Associate Creative Director / Head of Art and Design.

She worked for international brands like BMW, Mini China/Japan, Uber, Adidas, Nike, Dior, Cadbury, WMF etc . Her work got acknowledged at local and international award shows.

Locksin joined Serviceplan Beijing in 2014 to lead a team of nine creatives, focusing on new business and design. In this role Lock Sin can fully utilise her previous experience of working in ATL as well as digital and design agencies.

Locksin’s loves to train and develop young talents by sharing her experiences in the real industry and get inspired by fresh thoughts in return. Among others Locksin guided teams of young creatives at the “Minds Wide Open” conference at the University of Michigan and the One Show China.

Locksin also spends most of her personal time exploring various fields of creativity. Her illustration work won competitions and got featured in design books and industry websites. And as a passionate florist, she gives small flower classes from time to time.
