Rachael Harvey is a partner and Creative Director at the Original Reality Group, a creative consultancy designing solutions for the physical world in light of COVID and the accelerated adoption of virtual/digital reality. We help brands navigate the new role of space through coaching, interior design and change management to create places that nail a brand-space-culture trifecta.

In 2014 Rachael co-founded the Environments team for Airbnb, a group of interior designers and architects creating spaces for the brand. While at Airbnb she oversaw the design of ~500K SF of workspace around the world as well as major international events. The team moved to Airbnb's product design group in order to develop homes and event venues available via Airbnb Plus, Niido Powered by Airbnb and other exciting developments.

Her first venture was the design studio, Myriad Harbor which specialized in tailor-made commercial interiors and ‘furn-itechture.’
