Film director, visual artist and founder of a studio PetPunk.
Ged’s works and interviews have been published in world’s leading art & design magazines. PetPunk was the first studio from Baltic States to win the “Young Guns' award by the Art Directors Club (New York). In 2010 UK’s leading design magazine Computer Arts featured PetPunk on their cover as “The New Wave of Animation”.
In 2017 PetPunk co-wrote and directed the short film “Running Lights” which won several international awards and was selected to over a hundred film festivals around the world.
At the moment Ged Sia and another lithuanian artist Eli Macabre are developing a full feature movie “Floratopia” inspired by Baltic pagan mysticism.
The art Ged presents comes from the Northern Europe region and implements artistic interpretation of Soviet past and Pagan heritage of his nation.
