Lisa Hedge is an independent creative director and graphic designer based in New York City. From agency roles to most recently co-directing her own studio, Lisa has developed a focus on building expressive and impactful brands for her clients across printed matter, packaging, illustration, websites, ad campaigns, and physical environments. Her former parallel roles as owner and creative director of Venamour, a design-forward paper goods company, and co-director of Ensemble, a branding studio that cultivated fellow women-owned businesses, meant uniquely experiencing the vantage points of both founder and designer, from which she gained a rich appreciation for how business growth and brand development are inherently linked. Informed by these varied pursuits and inspired by her background studies in fine arts, Lisa connects with design solutions that derive from process-driven work, express concept-led ideas, and are executed with precision and care. Lisa was named a Young Gun by the Art Directors Club in 2013; she received Print magazine’s New Visual Artist award in 2012.
