Coming from the Young Guns 5 generation, Andrej is one of the pioneers of digital design in Croatia. He started his creative studio twenty years ago right after graduating as a painter from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb with an award-winning work. Since then he helped build numerous cult brands, co-founded three other companies, managed multidisciplinary creative teams, and worked with clients from four continents. Apart from the Art Directors Club New York, Andrej was awarded by the UK Sign Design Society, Hiiibrand, Zagreb Salon and others, while his work, often based on strong concepts expressed through clean visuals, is featured in numerous publications, from Print and How magazines to Atlas of Graphic Designers. His studio Filburg, specialised in branding and visual communications, is one of the leading creative consultancies in Croatia. Andrej is a guest writer and jury member for prominent media and competitions. He likes doing sports of all kinds and has recently started solo sailing.
