Kostas is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of CAPARO DC: a design company focused on CPG branding, packaging design, and animation production. Its mission is to shape the world into a more exciting, meaningful, and aesthetically evolving place, one image at a time. Their clientele includes Unilever, LIDL, Heineken, Adobe, and Sarantis Group. Before the founding of CAPARO in 2016, Kostas entered the creative industry as an intern in Beetroot and later joined mousegraphics. With a strong focus on packaging design, brand identity, and corporate illustration, he led successful projects for clients like Nongfu Spring (China), Uni-President Corporation (China), Chipita, BIC, Olympic Airlines, and LIDL, to name a few. During his time in mousegraphics the company was named the Dieline the Studio of the Year in 2015 and won the Design Studio of the Year title three consecutive times (2013, 2014, 2015) at Ermist Awards in Greece. During his career, Kostas has won over 100 design awards and distinctions, including (D&AD, Pentawards, Dieline, Red Dot, ADC, ED Awards, ADCE, and German Design Awards). Pieces of his work are part of art collections in Europe, and his work has been published in books, magazines, and websites worldwide. Kostas holds a BA in Graphic Design from ATEI of Athens, where he graduated in 2012. He grew up in Rethymno, Crete, and lives in Athens.
