Yuri Nakatani is an art director and designer based in Tokyo, Japan. She was born in Tokyo and grew up in Connecticut and New York, where she discovered the joys of doodling, albeit all over the basement walls. Since graduating from Parsons School of Design, Yuri has worked in small boutique design studios and global advertising agencies in both NYC and Tokyo which led her to open her own design studio - the kitchen. Her designs span multiple industries including food and beverage, cosmetic, fashion, travel, art, animation, space, car, and medical fields. Yuri has a love for enduring design and color, and a passion for finding long lasting design solutions.
