Sara Cwynar
The New York Times Magazine
Sara Cwynar is an artist, an illustrator and a graphic designer at the New York Times Magazine. She studied graphic design and photography at York University in Toronto and English at the University of British Columbia. Cwynar has exhibited with Art Metropole at Art Basel, at The Magenta Flash Forward Festival, and the Royal College of Art, and is represented by Cooper Cole Gallery in Toronto. Her clients include Port Magazine, 01 Magazine, Brooklyn Magazine, Globe clothing, and The Drake General Store. She is one of Print Magazine's 20 Under 30 New Visual Artists for 2011. She likes to make books, photographs and magazines.
