This project was for Roddy Ricch's first ever award show performance. However given the affect of COVID-19, the award show would now become pre-taped, instead of the usual live stage production. Also Roddy could not be on camera with anyone due to COVID regulations with the network. I saw this as opportunity to use post production to create a performance that would be near impossible on live TV, from a technical perspective. Roddy's demographic loves sensory overload, so I wanted to have several setups that kept the viewer intrigued. As well as making it relevant for today's times.
