This DoorDash campaign was built on the company’s values of lifting up individuals, and working to improve the communities they were a part of. Their community commitment, combined with the insights of high carbon emissions caused by the food delivery industry, led to our EverGreen by DashPass campaign. The core idea behind our initiative is that EverGreen is an added benefit available with Dash Pass. Every time a Dash Pass user chooses to get their delivery in an environmentally friendly vehicle, they receive $1 in their Green Balance. This balance can be used at any restaurant available on the app. As users choose green delivery, they can track a real-time CO2 count that shows how much CO2 they’ve prevented from entering the atmosphere.
