The Young Ones competition is one of the most acclaimed advertising, interactive and design student competitions. It has a tradition of excellence dating back to 1986.
ACTIVISION by the game Call of Duty wanted to reach a new public by culture, but they didn't want to do it anyway. With that thought, we have found a way to link war, the topic of this game, with society and culture.
During the wars, we have lost towns, homes, resources, lives... that are impossible to get back.
But there is one thing we can give a second life to: art.
And the way to recover it is by creating a unique museum with art pieces lost in various war battles held throughout our history, in which we will find not only pictorial works but also sculptures and even monuments or parts of cities that are now disappeared.
For this project, we counted on the collaboration of digital artists from all over the world, but also, ACTIVISION’s product design teams used their expertise to bring these artworks back to life, through industry-leading technology.
This way, we can return to society at least one thing wars had taken away from us.
