Elma Karabegovic started her career 11 years ago as an intern at FCB while studying advertising at OCAD in Toronto. Upon graduating, she joined full-time as an art director, and created the "Stories" Campaign for PFLAG Canada, before moving to London, UK in 2012. There, she created work and helped to win business for agencies such as M&C Saatchi, Publicis and Holler. She returned to Canada in 2014 and joined Juniper Park\TBWA as a Senior Art Director where she created the "Consent Is Simple." campaign for Project Consent, and GoDaddy's "Itty Bitty Ballers."

Elma's work has been awarded at major advertising shows like D&AD, Cannes Lions, Effies, Webby's and London International Awards and has been featured in Communication Arts, Lürzer's Archive, and Applied Arts.

She puts ideas first and thrives on creating breakthrough creative that inspires behavioral change. She is currently a Senior Art Director back at FCB Toronto.
