Zach Overton, Vice President of Consumer Experience & General Manager of Samsung 837 and Galaxy Studios, is a strategic visionary, developing creative marketing initiatives and innovative partnerships that reimagine the consumer experience. He was recently named a leading voice in the Global Public Relations Industry in the Holmes Report Innovator 25 List.
As General Manager, Zach successfully launched Samsung 837, the world's first consumer technology and cultural hub, and has expanded its approach through robust programming and by carefully curating the space to ensure that it embodies a connected way of life. As Vice President of Consumer Experience, he brings the tenants of 837 – best in class care and innovative, immersive experiences- that emotionally connect with audiences and reinforce the positive impact and limitless possibility that Samsung's ecosystem of products can have on one's everyday life.
Prior to joining Samsung, Zach served as the Chief Operating Officer of (RED), inspiring collaborations with other dynamic brands to expand outreach and fundraising, as well as conceiving, executing, and heading up the EAT (RED) SAVE LIVES campaign.
He has also served as a general manager of Gilt, the luxury ecommerce company, as they launched their local experiences and services division, Gilt City, and conceived and built their entertainment division through strategic partnerships with industry leaders including Ticketmaster, Lady Gaga, Warner Brothers, ABC, Cirque du Soleil, and more.
