The Young Ones competition is one of the most acclaimed advertising, interactive and design student competitions. It has a tradition of excellence dating back to 1986.

Nadja Lossgott is a Creative Partner at AMV BBDO in London. In 2018, she helped the agency rank second in the world at Cannes. In her career she has won 4 Cannes Grand Prix’s: 1 for Bloodnormal, 2 for the Trash Isles and 1 for the Zimbabwean’s Trillion Dollar campaign.

In all she has won almost 30 Lions, including 2 Titaniums.

With her Copywriter Nicholas Hulley, they are responsible for creating #Bloodnormal. A campaign for Bodyform that normalises periods. It made normality revolutionary and became the first campaign in ad history to show period blood.

They also Creative Directed The Trash Isles for Ladbible that declared the world's largest trash patch in the ocean an official country.

Previously they were part of the team that made The Trillion Dollar Campaign for The Zimbabwean Newspaper.

Their extensive work for Guinness includes Sapeurs, which was one of the most awarded film campaigns in the year of its launch.

In 2017, their podcast series for the London Metropolitan Police that tells the “heart-stopping” true stories of foiled UK terror attacks, reached number two in the iTunes podcast charts.

Other highlights include a D&AD Black pencil, two white pencils, multiple Clio Grand Prix’s and the prestigious Beazley prize for Graphic Design of the Year.

The Trillion Dollar Poster has been acquired by the British Museum and hangs in the permanent exhibition.

Nadja has been named as The One Club's 10 “Next Creative Leaders" and Campaign's "Women of Tomorrow" that recognises female talent.

Outside of work, she enjoys keeping plants alive long enough to feel good about herself.
