Aleks Gryczon is a digital Design Director at Work & Co, a global digital product agency. Aleks is devoted to reshaping the digital agency model and positioning the industry for the future. Her style of working is based on fast-iteration and hands-on design, as a Director she remains close to the work and continues to design every day.

During her time at Work & Co, Aleks has lead projects ranging from international to local, and from big brands to non-profit causes she’s passionate about. She has created award-winning digital experiences for clients including Apple, Airbnb, H&R Block, and Etsy.

Outside of Work & Co, Aleks has kick-started multiple non- profit initiatives, including “Many Thanks” (manythanks.xyz) a non-profit organization created to show gratitude to essential workers during the global pandemic. Aleks is a graduate of Pratt Institute.
