Alex Cuevas is currently Sr. Director of Talent Management at TracyLocke and serves as Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Omnicom Commerce Group. Alex started her career working alongside DDB’s global offices on recruitment efforts and since then has climbed the corporate ladder focusing on talent acquisition, retention, diversity, equity and inclusion, policy and culture. Involved in the creation of global career development programs such as The Phyllis Project and High Performance Lab, she is passionate about nurturing and advocating for talent.
