Working remotely is not a new phenomenon, but when the pandemic hit nearly 1 year ago, it became a way of life. Companies across all industries are struggling to figure out how to find balance between remote working and the need for physical interaction.
We will explore the pros and cons of working remotely and how to plan for post-pandemic work.

A highly accomplished Executive Producer, Lisa spent nearly two decades at such shops as Crispin Porter + Bogusky, TBWA Chiat/Day, The Climate Reality Project and Intel’s “Agency Inside.” Her production experience extends to global brands like Visa, Finish Line, Gatorade, GAP, Windows Phone, Microsoft, Hulu, Intel, Al Gore’s Climate Reality, Target and Kraft. Lisa’s vast experience and resourcefulness have brought her to her current position as Managing Partner of the full-service, award-winning post-production facility, 11 Dollar Bill. Lisa lives in Boulder, CO with her husband, daughter and two dogs.

As SVP, Managing Director of R/GA California, David Corns is responsible for leading the vision, output, operations and growth of both the R/GA San Francisco and R/GA Los Angeles offices. He leads a team of over 150 people that draw on R/GA’s vision of blending systems and stories to create industry-disrupting work for clients including, Airbnb, Google, Reddit, and Slack. Prior to R/GA, he spent years at some of the industry’s leading agencies, including TBWA\, Wieden + Kennedy, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, and Venables Bell & Partners, creating highly regarded work for Nike, Burger King, Audi and Chipotle. Upon joining R/GA San Francisco, he set the mission to become The Special Forces for the New Economy, re-working the way the office collaborates with innovative brands. David was promoted to SVP, Managing Director, California in October 2020 to unite the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices and super-charge R/GA’s offering in California, where the future is imagined, designed and built.

David holds many roles: He is one of the most awarded creative directors in the advertising business today and founder of Baldwin& Advertising and Design, the co-founder of Ponysaurus Brewing in Durham, North Carolina, and most recently, the co-founder of Take Your Seat, all mission-driven companies. His advertising work has been recognized by Cannes, The One Show, the Clios, the EFFIEs, and many more, as well as being featured in numerous publications and college textbooks on advertising. David is also the author of the Amazon bestseller, The Belief Economy where he writes that business has an opportunity and an obligation to make things better for the stakeholders it serves.
