An Unforgettable Inaugural Event by Creatives for Creatives

One Club Miami hit the ground running with Gold on Gold Miami, the chapter’s highly successful inaugural event that took place on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Miami Ad School Wynwood. Nearly 60 attendees got to spend some quality time with the ever-playful Juan Javier Peña and Ricardo Casal, Executive Creative Directors at DAVID Miami, which is currently ranked the third-best agency in The One Club’s ranking.
Number Juan and RicarDOS, pioneers in the use of technology in advertising and Ad Age’s 2017 Creative of the Year winners, revealed that they convinced Burger King to approve the Google Home of the Whopper campaign in just 30 minutes, yet it took them 2 years to get Kraft Heinz to give them the green light for the Pass the Heinz campaign. They also shared golden nuggets of wisdom that will inspire young creatives to achieve a successful career in advertising and give seasoned veterans a new perspective.
Juan and Ricardo, you truly made this night memorable. Tommy Sleiman, you added to the vibe of the night with your beautiful singing and guitar playing. Thank you so much!
