Executive Creative Summit
The One Club for Creativity's Executive Creative Summit brings together top-level leaders from around the globe to discuss the issues that affect their businesses, far beyond the scope of creativity, providing a rare opportunity to exchange ideas in a confidential setting.
Due to the exclusive nature of this day-long event, attendance for the Executive Creative Summit is reserved for industry founders, CCO's and managing partners, and the attendees should represent a diverse background of leaders, from independent agencies to networks worldwide, including members of The One Club for Creativity Board of Directors. The key goal is to foster open dialogue between top creatives who have started agencies and who are running creative departments and managing the "business side of a creative agency." No live streaming, No recordings, No press, No pitches, No tweets, snaps, grams or posts. Just intimate and honest closed door conversation with some of the most successful creative professionals in the industry. The number of attendees is limited to ensure two-way conversations. So what's on the menu for change in developing the future of female talent? Margaret Johnson and Bonnie Wan break down the five crucial ingredients in making meaningful changes toward stronger female leadership in your business. And they'll do it all over lunch.
Every person in the room will then be encouraged to invite a talented and hungry female candidate to lunch the following week. But they have to organize it right then and there. Each leader will take away a Menu for Change and pass it on to their candidate so that participants leave lunch full of wisdom.
