This 4-part series is your opportunity to learn from top creative leaders, receive meaningful small-group mentorship and broaden your networking connections. The program is open to mid-level advertising women and non-binary individuals who are new leaders or are stepping into leadership roles.

LEADERSHIP LESSONS. Hear from the industry’s top women leaders on the pressing topics that affect your career including the importance of honest communication and feedback, building your confidence and much more.

SMALL GROUP MENTORSHIP. Post-lesson, join our small breakout mentorship groups led by a designated mentor who will guide the conversation around the topic and beyond. Each week, mentors will rotate between groups to give everyone the opportunity to interact with new faces and new perspective.

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES Connect with mentors and fellow attendees through the breakout groups and via our participant directory. You can also schedule coffee chats to grow your network and build your support community.
