Next Creative Leaders
We are incredibly excited to announce the 2020 class of Next Creative Leaders. These 25 global talented leaders are making their mark on the world with both their work and a unique point of view on creative leadership.
About The Program
Developed collaboratively by The One Club for Creativity and The 3% Movement, Next Creative Leaders identifies, celebrates and gives a global platform to talented women and non-binary creatives who are making their mark on the world with both game changing work and a unique point of view on creative leadership that is changing the industry for the better.
The portfolio competition is open to talented creatives who are stepping into leadership roles: Copywriters, Art Directors, Designers, ACDs and newly-promoted Creative Directors and Design Directors (read: less than 1 year in role) and creative teams who are doing outstanding work.
Past winners include Jessica Coulter, director of O Positive Films; Dafna Garber, Creative Director at TBWA\Media Arts Lab; Neisha Tweed, creative strategist at Facebook and Instagram; Aisha Hakim, freelance senior art director and founder of Fellow; Bianca Guimaraes, VP/Creative Director at BBDO New York; Mara Lecocq, brand & community director at Fishbowl and founder of Where Are The Boss Ladies?; Alexandra Sobiecki, brand experience director at Nike; Nedal Ahmed, senior creative at 72andSunny Amsterdam; and Gayatri Sriram, digital creative head at FCBUlka India.
NCL REGIONAL HONORS
Along with naming 10 global winners based upon the highest scores from judges, The One Club and The 3% Movement have also expanded the program to recognize those in each of the six regions (North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, MENA, Africa and Europe) whose work and creative vision the judges feel deserve Regional Honor accolades. Regional honorees will be recognized on The One Club's website via a press article, promoted on our social media, have opportunities to participate in future One Club awards juries, panels and mentorship events and more.
