After working at the theatre, he worked in various positions as creative director. 1996 he founded his own agency VOSS+FISCHER in Frankfurt and Hamburg for brand experience and brand spaces. He is active in ADC Germany for many years and currently, serving as Vice President.

On the European stage he is Executive Board Member and Treasurer of ADC*Europe.
