Currently living the indie dream at GUT as CCO and global partner.
For more than 25 years he’s been delivering world-class work from Buenos Aires most creative agencies. In 2012 he was summoned to start from scratch WPP’s new shop DAVID. In less than 5 years, the Argentinean office led by Joaquín ranked Top#5 at Cannes 2016.
His work has been awarded at all major international festivals winning over 35 Lions and 7 pencils. The “Manboobs4boobs” campaign won the United Nations Grand Prix for Good at Cannes, as well as a Grand Clio, a Gold Pencil and took home the very first D&AD Impact White Pencil for Latin America. It sparked a global debate around social media censorship and has been spontaneously translated to 10 different languages.
Joaquín was a speaker at D&AD, sat twice as jury in Cannes, is currently President of the Argentine Creative Circle and was included in Adweek’s Creative 100.
