Description

Many consumers believed the marketplace to be rife with hucksters and ill-trained contractors who routinely sprayed the wrong insulation product. These guys didn't understand how HVAC and insulation standards had evolved. Of course, consumers were sick of it all and, by extension, supremely anxious about the prospect of letting large, sweaty men who didn't know what they were doing come into their homes to mess the place up.

Objective

It seems that whether you're 20 or 80 years old, sweaty guys in ill-fitting pants crouched over in a corner of your home don't instill a whole lot of confidence. All we had to do was demonstrate that DE empathized with these consumers, and by doing so, offer an alternative to all the "butt-crack" insulation contractors out there.
