The idea and initiative of Creative Spirit is what is innovative about this campaign. It was created to help propel the program forward and change the way we see diversity in the work place.
With the amazing range of the kids personalities we had to work with, we matched them up with the right C-Suite, so that they could bring out the best in each other.
The goal of this campaign is to increase awareness and acceptance of a 'different' kind of diversity in employment. One that will not only enhance our creativity, but also where we work.
The only technicality we faced was putting those who are used to being behind the camera, in front of it. But that made for amazing tension in each piece.
