In partnership with Vanity Fair and Real Simple, we created a series of events called Empowering Conversations, where some of the company's top female executives, celebrities (including Kate Walsh, Drew Barrymore, and Ali Larter) and influencers came together to break down the walls and get women to start talking openly about money. We even build a custom website and authored a library of 100+ articles and tools to encourage women to connect with Fidelity and each other to take the next step with their money.

Objective

Women are destined to control 22 trillion dollars of the country's wealth by 2020. The irony is, only 37% are confident making financial decisions. This needed to change. Fidelity - who has two of Fortune's most powerful women at the helm - was uniquely positioned to empower and educate women to become more confident investors.
