3 editorial illustrations for the "Woodstock at 50" special of the New York Times from August 2019, both digital and print, for the articles « How Santana hallucinated through one of Woodstock’s best sets (his own) »,
« Joan Baez on 3 days of pregnancy and priggishness at Woodstock » and « The Who’s Roger Daltrey Is Not Nostalgic for Woodstock ». Commissioned by art director Andrew Sondern.
"Woodstock at 50" is 24-page commemorative section for the music festival’s 50th anniversary that came out in August 2019, and looks back on memorable performances from the festival. The illustrations accompany articles on different artists (Joan Baez, Roger Daltrey, Santana) while referencing that era through graphic elements and image treatment.
