As FCB's Global Chief Creative Officer, Susan Credle heads up the agency's creative product and reputation. She is one of the industry's leading creatives and an important voice representing women. The creative brilliance responsible for the iconic M&M'S "human" and Allstate's "Mayhem" campaigns, she has received numerous industry accolades, including Ad Age's "100 Most Influential Women," Business Insider's "Most Creative Women in Advertising" and induction into the AAF's Hall of Achievement. In 2017, Credle was named a Matrix honoree by New York Women in Communications.

Right The Ratio Summit

The advertising industry has a gender bias problem, and although there are countless women and allies working tirelessly to make a difference, if things don't move and evolve at the top, institutional change remains a long way away.

The One Club For Creativity’s Right The Ratio is a two-day summit aimed squarely at agency decision-makers, those with the authority within their walls to advance workplace equality and foster a more gender-balanced environment. Its mission is to share ideas, insights, and solutions that can then be acted upon, from the corner office all the way to the intern pool. With sessions led by highly respected business leaders, Right The Ratio aims to help you make the necessary adjustments and about-faces that will lead to a better workplace.

To keep the Summit gender-balanced, space is limited to 50 female-identifying and 50 male-identifying individuals who are agency leaders with an equal 50/50 representation of speakers.

Where: New York City

The Right The Ratio Summit registration fee is $899 USD for members, and $999 for non-members, which includes all presentations and discussions, a welcome breakfast, networking lunches, and a cocktail reception.

Prospective attendees must register and be pre-screened before being allowed to purchase tickets.
