Caroline has worked at most of London's top agencies including BBH, Mother and W+K, across brands including Levi's, Cadbury's, Schweppes, Dr Pepper, Honda and Coca Cola.

Over recent years she has run New Look, The Post Office, The GREAT Britain Campaign, Boots and now Refuge, Google and Baileys.

Caroline is a caring, sharing, incredibly collaborative Deputy Executive Creative Director and she takes pride in helping develop fresh, innovative work, that works. She is also a Managing Partner of BBH and Head of Creative Development: mentoring, recruiting and inspiring talent in the creative department, and across the agency, as well as nurturing relationships between departments, with clients and with future stars in colleges across the UK and the world.
