Tom Hauser is Executive Creative Director at Heimat, Berlin, where he creates ideas that captivate audiences and stories that push the boundaries of advertising, design and culture in the social age.

Before joining Heimat, Berlin he worked for other well renowned German agencies such as Jung von Matt and DDB Berlin. His career also took him overseas right to the feet of the snowy Rocky Mountains where he joined Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Boulder, Colorado.

Tom has worked for major brands such as Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz, IKEA, adidas and Volkswagen. His work has been recognized in several international award shows, winning more than 30 Cannes Lions and numerous One Show, Clio and D&AD awards, including One Show Grand Prix 2017.

He also has a master’s degree in psychology that helps him cope with the daily craziness of our idea industry. He also draws upon this knowledge regularly to help him come up with surprising human insights.

Tom is the proud father of two lovely teenage daughters that keep him busy as a chauffeur, maître de cuisine and entertainer whenever he’s not at work exploring the endless universe of creativity.
