Mordecai leads IWA’s Innovation & Partnerships group which she created to pioneer award-winning creative and grow client as well as agency business. The revenue generating group with YOY growth, cultivates creativity via emerging opportunities across technology, product, and culture.. Most recently I&P launched a suite of AR first technology for Hyundai with Live Nation. The project, which was announced at Cannes, was groundbreaking in audience engagement and XR tech.

Prior to Innocean she ran innovation at OMD’s Ignition Factory West and supported brands & agencies via her consultancy Mordecai Inc. Her client roster and portfolio includes award winning/lauded work for Apple, Pepsi, Warner Bros., ASOS, CBS, MTV, and Soho House globally.

In the industry, Mordecai is on the advisory board for LACMA’s Art + Technology Lab, the US board for Skateistan, and a strategic partner to Lonely Whale. Awards this year include VentureFuel Visonary for 2019, and The Internationalist Agency Innovator of the Year.
