About the Work

Brief: • Relaunch the Axe Styling Range in US with the objective to get more guys to use styling, more often. The 2 key barriers to inspiring guys to get their own unique hairstyle are: Hairstyling is considered rather feminine and paying too much attention to styling is associated to superficial personalities. AUDIENCE: Target is youthful men, shifting focus from teens to men in their 20s who are coming into their own and defining their identity. The advert launched in the US but after its success, it aired in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
