Education

The Young Ones education initiatives create a pipeline of talent for the next generation of advertising creatives. We create opportunities that level the playing field and remove obstacles to help to ensure that the most talented students reach their full potential. A large part of our mission for education programming is to create mutually beneficial points of contact between creative young people and the agencies looking to tap future talent.

How you can get involved:

Mentor At A Portfolio Review
Want to connect directly with directly with young designers and up-and-coming advertising talent? Join an impressive list of worldwide agencies who take part in our student portfolio reviews. We would welcome your AD's, CW's, CD's, and designers to join us for an afternoon of fostering fresh talent.

Provide Internships for Young Ones Award Winners
Behind-the-scenes, we work with Young Ones alumni to help plan their careers and land the work opportunities they aspire to. Talk to us about placing one of our Young Ones award winners in your company's internship program.

Be Part of A Client Pitch Competition
Through our annual Young Ones Competition, we challenge students to put their skills to the test in a brief competition that features one brand and one social cause. All entries are required to respond to one or both of the briefs supplied by our partners. The result is a unique chance to have young creatives engage with the messaging of a brand and share their creative ideas with their networks. Past brand sponsors have included BMW, TOMS, Pencils of Promise, Stride Gum and many others.
