Welcome to the world of Watchdogs Legion: a dystopian vision of post-Brexit London in the very near future.
This four-minute short film pays homage to the famous poem by Martin Niemöller (“First they came…”) and shows a manic, mesmerizing chase in which a street artist that is part of an improvised resistance is being pursued by a heavily militarized police force called Albion. A beautifully crafted piece of CG with a level of detail that has never been seen before, the film feels ultra-realistic and shows us a world that might not be that far away from today.
The film ends with a tagline fitting for the world of today:
RECLAIM YOUR FUTURE.
