About the Work
Quitting vaping is hard. No one wants to feel like they’re doing it alone. So we launched truth’s new text-to-quit vaping service with the #ThisIsQuitting Challenge. The idea: make quitting vaping feel like a can’t-miss party of saying goodby to JUUL. From creative acts of destruction like sending a JUUL into the upper atmosphere on a weather balloon to dances that captured the exhilaration of finally quitting nicotine, #ThisIsQuitting got thousands of young people to start their quitting journeys by making quitting as rebellious and popular as the act of vaping itself.
