About the Work

Greenhouse gases, overpopulation, and global dietary issues all point to one fact: our food system needs an upgrade. SIMULATE is a food technology company that is on a mission to upgrade the world to a positive food system. The company’s simulated, plant-based products offer a sustainable alternative to some of our favorite animal-based foods (chicken nuggets, wings, and now, tenders, need we say more?). In 2019, the company launched Nuggs, the most advanced chicken nugget simulation on the planet. Since that time, their sales, retail footprint, and product portfolio has rapidly grown. Inspired by technology interface design with minimal futurist ethos, we gave SIMULATE a brand refresh across all packaging and online. Our work celebrates the process: lab to table food that is constantly being iterated upon and updated from customer reviews. As the brand grows and expands to new categories, we built an operating system that can flex to any aisle. Our packaging can be seen in stores all over America, online, and on Instagram feeds everywhere.
