About the Work
A package of salted fish made by a sushi restaurant. Sushi restaurant Sushi Isono is located in an area rich in seafood. In Japan, the final form of good sushi is considered "beautiful. This is because "delicious" and "beautiful" are the same word in Japan. Sushi Isono" was opened with the concept of a beautiful sushi restaurant. The packaging does not explain what is inside, but rather how beautiful it is. Using the Japanese art of "origami" (folding paper), we simply conveyed the fact that it is a high quality salted fish by designing "shadows and folded shapes created by paper folding".
