As Head of Brand Creative, Tova leads The Washington Post’s in-house creative studio, overseeing all brand, marketing, event, and corporate creative. Drawing on her extensive editorial background, she leads teams to translate complex ideas into compelling, audience-first brand narratives, inspiring and guiding a high-performing multidisciplinary team of designers, video editors, developers, and writers. Together, they push the boundaries of The Post’s digital, video, audio, print, and live event experiences—evolving the brand into the future while honoring its essence and legacy.
Previously, Tova was a consulting design and art director, partnering with clients to establish and elevate brand identities and visual impact. She also served as Head of Design for Time Out (North America) and has held senior design roles at O, The Oprah Magazine and Self.
Her work has been recognized by the Society of Publication Designers, American Illustration and American Photography (AI-AP), The Drum Marketing Awards, and the Out of Home Advertising Association of America. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Society of Publication Designers.
