Ace Workflow

New York, United States

Tim Rodgers is the Founder of Ace Workflow, an AI workflow consultancy that builds connected systems that free teams from manual chaos. He developed the Minimize Manual method, a framework now used by organizations including Disney, Google, Amazon AWS, MasterClass, Bessemer Venture Partners, Warner, and ITV to eliminate operational chaos, reclaim 20+ hours per week per team, and unlock up to 50% faster execution with 95% fewer errors.
Tim has created custom AI tools for major global brands including Nike, Google, Meta, and Disney. His flagship tool, the Stress Tester, compresses months of creative testing into minutes using AI personas trained on real consumer data. It famously predicted public backlash to Apple's controversial "Crush" campaign before launch, actively demonstrating how AI can serve as a protective early warning system for brands.
Tim's entrepreneurial journey began in Belfast in 2005 when he founded rehabstudio, a digital creative and production company that grew to span Belfast, London, and New York. Under his leadership, the studio won an Emmy for HBO's Westworld interactive chat experience, along with Gold and Silver Cannes Cyber Lions, D&AD awards, and numerous FWAs. His work has been featured in Forbes, TechCrunch, AdAge, and ADWEEK.
With over two decades at the intersection of creativity, technology, and operations and more than 500 global clients served, Tim speaks regularly on AI-augmented work and adaptive operational models at Cannes Lions, the Scandinavian Creative AI Summit, SXSW, D&AD, and more. His belief: the best use of AI isn't replacing people, it's giving them back the 20 hours a week they're losing to work that shouldn't exist so they can do work that ships, work that wins, and work they're proud to put their name on.
